Shipping Information

When is your order processed?
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.  All billing and credit information must be verified and authorized before we begin processing an order.  We do not process or ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, except by prior arrangement.
 
When will your item ship?
STOCK WIGS – Our in stock wigs will ship within 1-7 business days depending on the item location.  Some of our stock items are located in our store and other items are located in our warehouse.  When a stock item is in our warehouse, more time is required to process the order before it ships out.  Our items that come from the warehouse must go through our Quality Inspection before they are shipped out to you.

Ready to Ship- this item will ship in 2-3 business days

In Stock - this item will ship in 4-7 business days

CUSTOM ORDER WIGS- Once your custom order is processed, your custom order lace wig will ship in approximately 6-8 weeks.  You may request rush delivery and estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

SUPPLIES AND ACCESSORIES- Your order for supplies and accessories usually ship within 1-2 business days.  If your supplies and accessories order is placed along with a wig or hair extension order, please follow the shipping schedule for wigs. 

Some accessories (liquid adhesives, etc) are restricted to Ground/Home Delivery shipping.  If you are purchasing items that are restricted to Ground/Home Delivery, the full contents of your package will ship via this method. You can always break up your order by placing a separate order for items you wish to ship separately. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We accept and ship all International Orders.  All payments made by Credit Card or PayPal will ship to the provided BILLING ADDRESS only. International orders do not ship until payments are processed and completed by Love My Hair Boutique™.  

International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail only.  All international orders ship via United States Postal Service Express Mail with tracking and insurance (This is to assure that no packages are lost). 

International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $39.95.   

 
When will your item arrive?
A Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number will be emailed to you with every order.  However, the carrier may take up to 48 hours or longer to register your tracking information in their system so the package may already be in transit before you can trace it. The status of your delivery can be viewed at www.usps.com or www.ups.com
 
*Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package.  Your shipping address must be the same as your billing address.  If you are not available to sign for your package, you will have to pick up your package from the post office.  
 

UPS Ground Delivery
Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.  You may also select an expedited delivery method.

UPS Two-Day Delivery
Your order should arrive in 2-3 business days after it has been shipped.
Please note Two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday or on Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.  Some zip codes are not available for this service.

USPS Priority Mail

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All US shipments will be sent with delivery confirmation, as well as signature confirmation.  USPS does not provide real-time tracking information for Priority Mail.  USPS Priority Mail is estimated to arrive in 2-3 business days within the United States.

International Delivery
A flat rate will be assessed at the time of order placement. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery to Overseas Military APO/FPO Post Office Boxes
Two-day shipping is not available to APO/FPO post office boxes. All standard deliveries to APO/FPO P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.


Lost or Damaged Packages 
If a package is undeliverable/returned to Love My Hair Boutique™ because of an invalid/incorrect address supplied by the Buyer it will be the Buyers responsibility to pay to have the items re-shipped.
 
Love My Hair Boutique insures all shipments. If your shipment is lost/damaged in transit (by the Carrier). You must complete the Shipping Lost/Damaged Claim Form.  After the form is completed, please fax the form to 1-888-547-9499.  When we receive the completed form, a claim will be made with the Carrier, and upon approval from the carrier, the products will be redistributed.

 

 
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the weight & value of your items ordered. Shipping costs increase when you order more items, heavier items, and the further away from our warehouse you are located. Shipping costs also include shipping insurance (packages are insured up to the value of the package). 

Once you place your order, our online software will automatically calculate your exact shipping charges based upon your address and the weight of the items you purchased.

To calculate shipping charges please follow these instructions:
1. After you finish shopping and have updated your cart with your desired items, click "Checkout" on the Order page.
2. Please review your order to ensure that everything is correct.
3. Complete the information including your address & zip code.
4. Choose your desired shipping method.
5. Click "apply" below the shipping method field and the checkout page will update your shipping charges.
6. Our software will automatically calculate the shipping charges and add any other necessary fees or taxes. If there are any questions about this please contact us.
 
 
International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $39.95.   
 
Cancellation on In-Stock Orders
Any orders that are not yet processed may be canceled by phone at 1-888-547-9499.  We cannot guarantee that cancellations made by email will be processed in time. Call us to insure the cancellation of your order to prevent unwanted charges and shipping costs. Customers may leave a voice message after business hours. Once orders have been processed and shipped, they cannot be canceled. Any deliveries refused by the customer will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee in addition to the return shipping charge. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped due to customer supplying an incorrect address will be charged at the same shipping rate that applies to the original order.


 

Holiday Shipping
Love My Hair Boutique does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day or any other major holiday.

Unavailable Stock

If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If we are still unable to contact you, we will simply cancel your order.  You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days of your order date.  Refund will be given in the form of your original payment method.
