Instructions for Lace Wig Repair Service
1. Please email us a photo and description of the damaged/tangled wig to info@lovemyhairboutique.com, please use "REPAIR" in the subject line of the email.
2. Please allow 1-2 business days for an approval code for your repair.
3. Upon approval of your repair, please make your payment online.
4. Please mail your wig to: Love My Hair Boutique

5. If LMHB authorizes a repair based on your photo, and we recieve a hair unit that looks different than what was shown on the photo, we reserve the right to refuse a repair. The wig will be shipped back to you at your expense.
6. Please insure your wig when mailing. Please also include tracking information. LMHB is not responsible items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
*NOTE* If you are requesting any service other than Lace Wig Cleaning & Deep Conditioning, and you send us a unit that is not clean and free of glue and residue, you will be charged a $55.00 fee for cleaning in addition to the fee for the repair service you have chosen.
